By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all of the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without advance notice. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the individual terms of service of each social media platform (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, Spotify, etc.). We are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or penalties you receive from third-party platforms as a result of using our services. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with each platform's terms before placing orders.

The followers, likes, views, and other engagement provided by our services are artificial and not real individuals or authentic interactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service description. Our platform is intended for personal use only to enhance social media appearance and visibility. You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. We may alter service types if deemed necessary to complete orders. Service availability is subject to change without notice.

You must maintain public accounts while services are running. Private accounts cannot receive most of our services. We are not responsible for failed or partial deliveries caused by account privacy settings. Do not upload inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content to accounts you are ordering services for. We reserve the right to refuse service to any account at our sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with others.

Prices displayed on the platform are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USD Coin, WebMoney, Paytm, Skrill, Payoneer, Western Union, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Once funds are deposited into your account balance, they cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Balance must be used for orders on our platform.

No refunds are issued to original payment methods under any circumstances. Once a payment is completed and funds are credited to your account balance, the transaction is final. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. Filing a dispute or chargeback will result in immediate permanent account termination, removal of all delivered services, and may result in legal action. Partial refunds to your account balance may be issued in cases of partial delivery (Partial Status). These refunds go to your account balance, not back to your payment method. Services without a stated refill period cannot be refunded even in the event of complete drop.

We do not guarantee specific delivery timeframes. Estimated start times and completion times shown on service listings are approximate only. Delivery speeds may vary depending on platform restrictions, service demand, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platform changes or outages. Do not place repeat orders for the same link if your first order has not completed. Doing so may cause issues with delivery of both orders.

Refills are available for services that include a stated refill guarantee period. To request a refill, go to your orders page and click the refill button within the guarantee period. Refill requests submitted outside the guarantee period will not be honored. We do not offer lifetime refill guarantees. The refill period begins from the date the original order was completed. Refills are for drops only — not for increases in total quantity. If you ordered 1000 followers and they all dropped, the refill covers those 1000, not additional followers.

You agree not to engage in any of the following: • Using our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose • Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with our platform • Placing orders for accounts that promote hate speech, violence, terrorism, or illegal activities • Attempting to resell our services through unauthorized means • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions • Providing false information during registration or order placement Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or abuse of our platform. If your account is suspended and you attempt to create a new account, the new account will also be permanently terminated. Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds of remaining balance. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, any remaining balance is forfeited.

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or account penalties from third-party platforms. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are committed to adhering to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials. We do not make deceptive claims about the nature of the engagement provided through our services. Users are advised to comply with FTC disclosure requirements when using artificially boosted metrics for commercial purposes. If you are a business, influencer, or content creator using our services for commercial gain, you are responsible for ensuring your own FTC compliance.

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal data. By using our platform, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in this section. For questions about your data, contact our support team.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
